They are still trying to keep Ryan comfortable. When the medication starts to wear off a little he still manages to open his eyes a little which is very hard to watch.
They tried Ryan on a stronger pain medication dilauted (sp?). However they switched him back to the higher concentration of morphine because the other medicine required too much fluid.
