Surgery AGAIN! Monday 4/20
Ryan is in surgery again this morning. He is having his shunt removed. They believe the shunt was not working and may be infected. They are doing a temporary shunt removal. They are putting a drain in to control Ryan's ICP's again. After surgery he will be moved to SICU (surgical intensive care unit). We are not sure what the steps will be from here. There is a lot up in the air right now.

I'm sorry that Ryan has to deal with these other complications right now. I am sending him some extra thought, hopes, strength and positive energy today.
