Everyone has been great about visiting Ryan, talking with us and generously giving us gift certificates, fruit and much more. We really appreciate it! Ryan would be so happy to know you have all been here for me. He was so happy working with you all at the restaurant. He admired you all. Thanks for giving him the chance to work and learn so much from all of you.
TCA- Thank you also to all of Ryan's friends from TCA who have been so kind to us and who continue to come visit Ryan during this terrible time. The staff at TCA has also been very helpful in trying to help with Ryan's situation.
For those who were not aware, Ryan recently moved out to Austin, TX to attend Texas Culinary Academy. He was so happy at school and doing very well!

I spoke to Ryan once a week about our culinary adventures. He was always so excited and passionate about what he was doing in school and at uchi. He even tried to recruit me. It is great to know that there is so much support from all of you. Thank you so much for being there for him. you are a wonderful group of people.
