Overall, Ryan is in stable but critical condition.
Due to the severity of Ryan's injuries the doctor's informed us that we should look to see changes on a weekly basis not on a daily basis.
He has not responded so tomorrow Ryan is scheduled to have surgery for a tracheotomy (sp?) and to have a feed tube put into his stomach.
Ryan was also fitted for a back brace to help support his spine. At this time we do not have any details on the spinal injuries.

Thank you for the update. I'm sure you must know how many people from home are thinking of Ryan and your family every day. We are sending our warmest thoughts and heartfelt prayers to all of you and will continue to pray for Ryan's recovery.
